3. Use of Website & Services

• You agree to use the Services, including WhatsApp Business and bulk promotional messaging, only for lawful purposes.

• You shall not use our Services for spam, misleading content, illegal promotions, prohibited content, or activities that violate Meta, WhatsApp, TRAI, or Indian IT laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

5. Client Engagements & Services

• All commercial engagements are governed by mutually agreed proposals, contracts, or work orders.

• Elysium Maxima does not guarantee commercial success, audience reach, or revenue outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payments for bulk messaging, WhatsApp Business API usage, creative services, and platform fees must be made as per agreed invoices.
• Meta, WhatsApp, or third-party platform charges may apply and are subject to change.
• Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, fees paid are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Services may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms, tools, or websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential or proprietary information shared during the course of engagement shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed except as required by law or contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Elysium Maxima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity
